Natural phenolic antioxidants are extensively studied compounds due to their positive health effect and wide distribution in human diets. The simultaneous occurrence samples requires selective methods for determination. Electrochemical sensor based on the polyaminobenzene sulfonic acid functionalized single-walled carbon nanotubes (f-SWCNT) electropolymerized bromocresol purple has been developed quantification of ferulic vanillin. electrode characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) electrochemical methods, effectivity modifier confirmed. Thus, novel sensitive voltammetric is simple fabricate, reliable, cost-effective, can be applied foodstuff screening.
